A large table and fragile accessories need different transport conditions. Agree the logistics before payment; “delivery to address” may exclude carrying upstairs or installation.
Information for the carrier
Provide packed dimensions and weights, floor, lift, stairs and tight turns. Cues and cloth need rigid packaging with no free movement inside.
Insurance and acceptance
Confirm who insures the shipment and how damage is reported. Photograph packaging before signing, then check chips, dents and all components. Report hidden damage immediately under the contract procedure.
Installation
A table cannot simply be carried in and placed: the bed, rails and level require proper assembly. State installation, follow-up levelling and packaging removal as separate line items.
