Cue Tip Adhesive and Cure Time

Choose compatible cue-tip adhesive and allow full curing to prevent tilt and separation.

Adhesive should make a thin, even layer between ferrule and tip. Excess glue creates a hard spot, while shaping too soon can break an uncured bond.

Prepare

Clean surfaces without harsh solvents, flatten the faces and dry-fit the tip. Follow the adhesive maker's material and clamping instructions.

Clamp without tilt, remove squeeze-out and wait for full cure. Shape the radius and chalk the tip only after the stated cure time has passed.
