Prepare the tip, a sharp knife, a flat clamp, compatible adhesive and a radius tool. Remove the old tip without cutting the ferrule, clean the face and check it is flat.
Apply a thin adhesive layer, centre the tip, clamp it and respect cure time. Trim the edge and shape the dome carefully. A valuable or carbon shaft deserves a technician.
