A logo alone does not prove provenance. Check markings, seller records and specifications against the maker's official catalogue.
Markings
Compare serial format, typeface, labels and packaging with brand photographs. A mismatched serial pattern or mixed fonts on one item should pause the purchase.
Sales channel
Request an invoice, warranty and authorised-dealer evidence. For a used cue, record ownership and repairs; missing packaging is not proof of a fake, but it warrants expert inspection.
Specification check
Match weight, dimensions, materials and contents to the official product page. Do not make full payment without inspection or a clear return agreement.
